BSc final project

Year: 1998 – 1999

On my BSc final year, everyone has to deliver a final project. Me and my 3 team mates were invited directly by Arthur Andersen (currently Accenture) to develop our final project with them. We developed a ATM cash stock optimization software using VB6. At the end we had to deliver a final report and a final presentation to our peers and teachers. We got 17/20 score and a formal invitation to work at Arthur Andersen.

The 2010’s saw the dawn of Peer-2-Peer / Collaborative Consumption / Shared Economy businessess. This type of business highlights issues regarding trust between strangers online. This was the motto for our idea. Together with two other co-founders we designed a platform to assure trust between strangers online so businessess could provide safer transactions to its users. I was involved in the business plan and business development. This got us to apply and participate in Beta-i’s BetaStart acceleration program. The program got us face time with 10s of mentors, coaches and investors that provided valuable feedback about our idea.

Shaping the way we live

Year: 2016

Novabase GameShifters Shaping the way we live. 2016 edition challenge was, in 24 hours, make people’s and business’s lives simpler and happier with the use of Gamification. Besides being volunteer “Energizer” on day 1, on day 2 I was part of the Judge team assigned with the task of evaluating all ideas and choose the Top 3.
